Überblick : Der chinesische Spezialagent Liu Jian soll der Pariser Polizei bei der Verhaftung eines Drogendealers und seines Partners helfen. Zusammen mit Inspektor Richard überwacht er den Dealer. Doch der Überwachte zieht sich mit den Prostituierten Jessica und Aja auf seine Suite zurück. Während Jessica sich ins Bad zurückzieht, lässt sich der Rauschgifthändler von Aja verwöhnen - bis diese ihn mit einer versteckten Waffe ersticht. Liu Jian beobachtet dies und stürmt das Zimmer. Er kann Aja festnehmen. Doch dann betritt Inspektor Richard den Raum, erschießt den Dealer und Aja und versucht Liu ebenfalls zu töten. Denn der französische Kontaktmann ist Richard selbst, der sich in den lukrativen Geschäften Drogen und Prostitution betätigt.
