Überblick : Der ehemalige Rennfahrer Kowalski hält sich mit der Überführung von Autos geradeso über Wasser. Doch seine Leidenschaft hat ihn nie ganz losgelassen und eines Tages will er es nochmal wissen und nimmt eine halsbrecherische Wette an: Innerhalb von 15 Stunden muss er einen frisierten Dodge Challenger von Denver nach San Francisco fahren.
